Important
Paradise FX is a travel-invoice payment facilitation service. It is not a cash or retail currency-exchange service.
Not a currency exchange service
Paradise FX does not offer cash exchange, personal remittance, currency trading or general money-exchange services.
Invoice payment use
The rate shown on the website is provided only to calculate and settle an eligible travel-related invoice. The final amount is confirmed before payment.
Vendor payment only
After invoice verification, payment is transferred directly to the verified hotel, travel supplier, activity provider or other approved vendor. Funds are not paid out as cash to the customer.
KYC and declaration required
For any payment of USD 100 or more, or its equivalent in another currency, the customer must complete KYC and submit a signed declaration form before processing.
